Magazine Subscription

This year I am asking for a magazine subscription for Christmas.  From the Mr.  Trying to keep things simple this year.  If this was you, what design magazine would you choose?  I am not really into cooking, so nothing heavy on the cooking side of things.  Any good ideas would be appreciated!!

Honestly, other than these, I don't really know what's out there!  Need Help!

Right now I read a lot of Parent ones...its funny how your magazine taste changes. I asked for Cosmo 5 or 6 years ago and now I cannot even remember the last time I read that magazine.

Real Simple is golden, but I have just bought their books and find them to be all I need: real simple meals cookbook, and real simple solutions (I actually bought that at home depot). I have a subscription to Martha Stewart Living and I couldn't live without it. So many ideas and fantastic articles, inspirational pictures. I'm going on my third year and I will never stop getting it!

We got House Beautiful at the store, but I looked at Elle Decor more. You should subscribe to Lonny Magazine online - it's free, you read it on the web, and they send you a reminder email whenever a new one comes out. It's a good replacement for Domino.

As far as industrial design/fashion/and interiors that are more on the modern side, Surface is great. I used to get a subscription to Print and loved it, but it's all graphic design.

Haha, anyway there's a lot of ideas!

My new favorite magazine is Fresh Home. It's a DIY magazine mostly, but I love it. It's quarterly and right now a subscription is $10/year.

i get like 16 magazine subscriptions (i wish i was exaggerating, but i'm not...this is for real) including real simple, better homes and gardens, southern living, house beautiful, and obviously many others. quiet honestly, my favorite rooms are usually in better homes and gardens, which is surprising because it has lots of cooking and stuff too. i definitely lean towards cottage looks, so it may just have to do with my style, but i usually love the homes in there. one bit of advice...never pay full price for magazine subscriptions. you can always get them cheaper through deal websites (like i just renewed my woman's day subscription for $3.94 for the year). if i come across any good deals soon, i'll send them your way :)

i saw where someone else mentioned elle decor, and you can get that one from www.bestdealmagazines.com for $4.69 a year, then enter code santa17 to get an additional 17% off that, so it's under $4...worth trying it out :) (and i've ordered several from them, so it's legit).

LOVE Martha Stewart!! I try just rip the articles out that I like but in Martha Stewart I might as well keep the whole thing. My husband made the comment one day, I think you just ripped out the whole magazine.
