Working Out

Why do I loath working out so much? MR.P says the hardest part is just getting out of bed. I disagree. I think getting out of bed, putting on my work out clothes, putting on my tennis shoes, and WORKING OUT is the hardest part.  So I guess the whole process is hard to me!  Haha.
BUT, I love the feeling of working out. I love how productive I feel starting my day out right. I love having plenty of time to get ready in the morning! and I love spending time with MR.P in the morning. So why do I not work out when the benefits are so great?  I am just plain lazy ;)
Anyway, just learning to be disciplined in a few areas of my life. And this is one of them.  Pray for me!

I use Jillians 30 day shred and it seriously works.  I definitely see results after using it for 2 weeks. I've had it for a year, but haven't been using it consistantly. 


Favorite work out clothes.
I wear these all the time during the summer...even if I'm not working out. They are just comfortable!
perfect for working out, or just running errands.

I'm no hard core workout person, but these work for me! And they are affordable!

I just wear new balance tennis shoes. But I am not a runner or anything, so don't listen to me ;)

So want another sneak peak of baby Peele's room?  It's all done now!

It's pretty much all done. I have a few things I'd like to do, but it's not too important right now. 2 weeks and 6 days until due date!!  Whoohoo!!

I agree, getting up and working out is the hardest! But you feel so good after. I've heard good things about the shred and I've been wanting to try it myself! I may just take the plunge. Oh and the nursery is adorable!

the room looks great - how can it only be two weeks and 6 days - I swear just yesterday it was 6 weeks! :)
I am with you on the working out - I know the benefits and I feel great, but yeah I like my bed! :)

I too- have soooo much trouble working out consistently! I wish it was easier for me! I also have the 30 Day Shred DVD- and keep teling myself- "its only 20 min!"- mabe I'll start it up this week again? Good to know I'm not alon e in the struggle! And- sooo exciting taht you will have your baby in a few weeks!!!

First of all, the baby's room looks amazing!!! Congratulations to you. :)

As for working out, I'm totally with you - I absolutely dread it so I never do it. Lazy! Thanks for the recommendation for the workout video, I may have to check that out!
